Responsibilities
- Lead security operations team (fraud, KYC, cyber)
- Develop security strategies and policies
- Oversee fraud detection and prevention
- Manage KYC and AML compliance
- Coordinate security incidents and response
- Report security metrics to management
- Work with compliance and legal teams
- Implement security technology and tools
Requirements
- 7+ years in security operations or risk management
- Gaming industry experience required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep knowledge of fraud, KYC, and AML
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices
- Experience with security platforms and tools
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Relevant certifications preferred (CFE, CAMS, CISSP)
