Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Applicant") and Platin Gaming Ltd ("Platin Gaming", "we", "us"), a Malta-registered company operating in the iGaming industry since 1994.

By accessing our career portal at platingaming.com/careers, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

To apply for positions at Platin Gaming Malta, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal right to work in Malta or the European Union
• Meet qualifications for regulated iGaming industry positions
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pass background checks required by Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)

You may use our Platform to:

• Browse available positions in engineering, product, casino, and sportsbook
• Submit job applications with your CV and cover letter
• Communicate with our HR and recruitment team

Prohibited Activities:

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Impersonating another person
• Uploading malware or harmful code
• Using automated bots or scrapers
• Unauthorized access attempts

Application Process

Intellectual Property

All Platform content including text, graphics, logos, and software is owned by Platin Gaming Ltd and protected by international copyright, trademark, and EU intellectual property laws.

Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains GDPR-compliant data collection and processing practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Malta law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malta courts.
