About the role
Serve as internal legal counsel for all gaming-related legal matters. You'll review contracts, advise on regulatory issues, and ensure legal compliance across our operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on gaming regulations
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts
- Advise on licensing and regulatory matters
- Handle corporate governance issues
- Manage relationships with external law firms
- Draft legal documents and agreements
- Support compliance team on legal matters
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal experience in iGaming
- Law degree and qualified lawyer (Malta or EU)
- Deep knowledge of gaming regulations
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Experience with corporate law
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Commercial awareness
