About the role
Join our sportsbook trading team as a Junior Trader and learn the art of odds compilation and risk management. You'll work alongside experienced traders, starting with smaller markets and progressing to major sporting events.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust odds for assigned sporting events
- Execute trading strategies under senior trader supervision
- Identify unusual betting patterns and report to seniors
- Maintain market coverage during assigned shifts
- Learn risk management principles and trading tools
- Assist in creating trading rules and parameters
- Participate in pre-match and in-play trading activities
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sports betting or trading (or strong sports knowledge)
- Deep knowledge of at least 2 major sports
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Quick decision-making under pressure
- Good communication skills in English
- Passion for sports and betting markets
- Degree in Sports, Mathematics, or related field preferred
