Responsibilities

- Train new dealers on all games
- Conduct ongoing coaching and development

- Maintain training materials and manuals
- Support quality assurance
- Report on training effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years as live dealer required
- Extensive knowledge of all casino games
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Good coaching and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience and empathy
- Professional gaming qualifications preferred
- Multi-lingual skills a plus
