Requirements
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Proven experience in recruitment leadership
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Understanding of iGaming industry preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong interviewing and assessment abilities
- Data-driven approach to recruitment
