About the role
Lead our finance function as Financial Controller for a leading gaming company. You'll manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while working with international teams and multiple currencies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations and reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with Malta tax and gaming regulations
- Coordinate external audits
- Implement financial controls and procedures
- Manage relationships with banks and payment providers
- Lead finance team members
Requirements
- 7+ years of financial management experience
- ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification required
- Gaming industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malta tax and corporate law
- Experience with multi-currency operations
- Excellent financial systems knowledge (ERP)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
