About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Turkish Speaking Sales Manager to lead commercial activity across the Turkish-speaking market. You will own the full sales cycle, build long-term relationships with partners and players, and work closely with marketing, CRM and customer support to maximise acquisition and retention.
This is a high-impact role for a native-level Turkish speaker who combines strong commercial instincts with a deep understanding of the iGaming landscape. You will be based in Malta with a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow the sales pipeline for the Turkish-speaking market
- Identify, negotiate and close new partnership and affiliate opportunities
- Develop and execute market-specific sales and conversion strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams on acquisition campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitors and regulatory developments
- Track KPIs and report on revenue, conversion and retention
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
Requirements
- Native or C1-level Turkish and fluent English (written and spoken)
- 4+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in iGaming
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of the Turkish-speaking market and player behaviour
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools
- Valid EU passport / right to work in Malta
