Requirements
- 8+ years in data and analytics
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Deep technical knowledge (SQL, Python, data tools)
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Gaming or tech company experience required
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience building data teams
- Strong communication skills
