About the role
We're looking for passionate Junior Game Developers to join our growing team in Valletta. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or developers with 1-2 years of experience to grow their skills in HTML5 game development.
You'll work alongside senior developers, learning industry best practices while contributing to real game projects. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you develop your career in the exciting world of iGaming.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing HTML5 slot games using PixiJS
- Implement game features under senior developer guidance
- Write unit tests and fix bugs
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings
- Learn and apply game development best practices
- Optimize game assets and animations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 canvas or PixiJS
- Understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Passion for game development and iGaming
- Good communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
