About the role
We're seeking an experienced Game Producer to manage game development projects. You'll oversee the entire production process, coordinate teams, and ensure games are delivered on time and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage game development projects end-to-end
- Coordinate between design, development, and art teams
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Track progress and manage risks
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Manage budgets and resources
- Drive continuous improvement in processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of game production experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with casino/slot game development preferred
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Understanding of game development pipelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Shipped multiple game titles
