About the role
As a Turkish-speaking Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact between the online casino and our players. You will prioritise player satisfaction, handling enquiries with professionalism and empathy across phone, email and live chat.
This is a great entry point into the iGaming industry in Malta, with full training provided and clear opportunities to grow. The role is based on-site and operates on rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Help customers via phone, email and live chat
- Make sure that complex issues are resolved as quickly as possible
- Provide technical support and guidance to players
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist in other areas of work as required
Requirements
- Native or C1-level Turkish and good English communication skills
- Experience in customer support is a plus (not required)
- Strong digital communication and customer-handling abilities
- Quick learner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional, mature and service-oriented approach
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (24/7)
- Valid EU passport / right to work in Malta
